Product Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Screen-Shade, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), provided that the Screen-Shade is in new, resellable condition.

Returns must be accompanied by an MRA (call or email us for this Merchandise Return Authorization number). Your invoice number and date of invoice will be required to obtain an MRA. The shipping address for returns will be provided with your MRA. We are not responsible for returned product that gets lost in transit, so we strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that is insured and/or features package tracking.
