Shipping:
For orders shipping within the USA, customers may ship via UPS "Ground" (US$4.95 - US$10.95 for 1 to 7 pounds) or Fedex Standard "Air" (US$7.95 - US$50.95 for 1 to 7 pounds).
For orders shipping to Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland,
Ireland (Rep of), Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom), all orders are shipped via ground post, regardless
of which shipping method (Ground or Air) is chosen (US$4.95 - US$10.95 for 1 to 7 pounds).
For all other orders to be shipped outside the USA, customers may ship via "Ground" (US parcel post - as charges above for USA plus US$4.00 additional) or "Air" (US airmail - as charges above for USA plus US$8.00 additional).
For ALL orders, we add $10 per $100 of taxable product to cover insurance costs for shipping.
For all orders shipping to destinations outside the USA, the customer is responsible for any or all duties, taxes or other fees.
Product Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Screen-Shade, you may return
it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges, and, for American Express orders only, a 4% Service Fee), provided that the Screen-Shade is in new, resellable condition.
Returns must be accompanied by an MRA (call or email us for this
Merchandise Return Authorization number). Your invoice number and date of invoice
will be required to obtain an MRA. The shipping address for returns will be
provided with your MRA. We are not responsible for returned product that gets lost in
transit, so we strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that
is insured and/or features package tracking.
